ASCP is pleased to offer your company an opportunity to reach customers in a small interactive forum through its product theater programming at the Spring Conference.

• Conduct product demonstrations to attendees.

 

Successful programs have included expert presentations from peer users, demonstrations of new technologies, and in-depth discussions on particular products and their use in senior care.

 

Product Theaters are a great way to have your sales force better understand the needs of their customers. These programs allow your sales force to pose questions of attendees and find the answers they need to better position your products in this market.

 

Time slots are limited. Don’t miss this opportunity to provide a unique value-added service in one venue to your pharmacy and nursing customers.

 

Guidelines and Fees

Product theaters should present new information or innovative technology about your company’s products or services. Applications will be reviewed to ensure that promotional programs are suitable for the audience.

 

Product theaters will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Participating companies must be exhibitors at the conference where the product theater is being held. One-hour theaters are available at various times throughout the conference. One or more theater slots may be requested and are assigned based on space availability.

 

Sponsors are encouraged to provide catering at their own expense for the participants attending the Product Theaters. Continuing education credit cannot be offered for these programs.

Product Theater Fee

The fee to conduct a product theater at the ASCP Spring Conference is $12,000. This fee includes the following:

• Function space set classroom-style
• A raised stage with space for a head table for two and a podium
• Podium microphone
• LCD projector
• Projection screen
• Lead retrieval scanners

Additional audiovisual equipment may be ordered at the sponsor's expense.

 

Logistics Planning

ASCP will coordinate logistical support for your product theater. All requests for the following must be submitted to Tony Manigross at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it :

• Additional audiovisual equipment
• Special room set-up
• Any other request outside the normal services provided with the product theater

Marketing

The product theater fee includes the following marketing promotions:

• Email blasts promoting the conference to all ASCP members and other attendee prospects
• Visibility on the conference Web site
• Listing in the conference program guide
• Onsite product theater schedule signage

 

Other marketing opportunities are available at additional cost:

• Announcement in the conference registration bags
• Direct mail piece to ASCP membership
• Advertising in ASCP Update, ASCP’s enewsletter
• Room drops
• Customized signage
